Sylvie Widjaja is Mercury Insurance's Director of Sales for California, where she manages all aspects of the sales process, leads the sales team, and drives strategy using market insights and data. With over 20 years in the industry and six years at Mercury, she brings experience across Commercial Claims, Product Management, Underwriting, and Sales. Widjaja has played a key role in initiatives like the Commercial Multi-Peril program redesign and the CA Contingent Commission Bonus program. She holds a degree from Cal State Fullerton.
